Ponte & Partners Pte Ltd was founded by Dr. Martin Bém in 2003 and in 2005 became the exclusive agent for Munich-based brewery Paulaner for distribution in Asia Pacific. Ponte & Partners is also the Asia-Pacific agent for Montelvini S.p.A., a renowned Italian winery from Veneto and market leader in draft wines.

Besides the regional exclusive representation, Ponte & Partners is importing all brands of the Paulaner Group to Singapore (including the two very popular specialty beer brands Hacker Pschorr and Fürstenberg), as well as of Austrian Hirter Beer and Italian winery Montelvini.
